Location and Time
Rosendale Allotments community Building,
227 Rosendale Road,
SE21 9LR.
Friday mornings 9.30am -10.30am
It is a lovely building that opens up on to a decked garden, and beyond are the allotments. It is a small space for a maximum of nine clients. This small class size allows me to check and correct each client throughout the exercises, so that you will receive optimum benefit.
( check it out at rosendaleallotments.co.uk/community-room-hire)
The classes are for adults of all abilities and all ages. I can adapt exercises to make them easier or more difficult as required for each individual.
Cost £12
What to Bring and What to Wear
Please bring a mat ( or towel if you don’t have one) , and a small cushion or item of clothing that can be folded up to provide support for your head when lying down.
Clothing should be something that is comfortable and allows you to move with freedom, but not too baggy please as I need to be able to see your body alignment. T shirt/vest and leggings or tracksuit bottoms are fine.
One to One Tuition

I also teach ‘one to one’ lessons at clients own home by arrangement, at cost of £60-£75 per hour depending on location and need. At the first session I will carry out a Postural Assessment, and from this, together with any physiotherapy report, create a series of lessons for you
How to Book
Please email me to register your interest. I will send you a link to make payment, which will secure your place in the class. Classes are booked on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
If it is your first class with me, I will request that you complete a short health form prior to attending. I can either email the form for you to print out and complete and email back, or bring to class, or I can provide a paper form for you to complete before the class starts
